What to check before you book a detailer in Seattle

The Seattle variable is rain and water crossings. The work needs covered space or a pop-up tent. Many Seattle operators set a minimum ticket instead of a flat trip fee, because a cross-lake job costs them the second slot of the day.

The quote is not the total either. One customer reported $350 pretax and $450 after tax and tip (r/Seattle, 2023). Ask if tax is included, and whether same-day detailing costs more.
